Why is it so different in different places?? does anyone know what PAC recommend? I also wonder why the rules exist, I was lead to believe that spinning can run a pike out of oxygen ... I have found on the canal that as soon as I get some good silver fish in the swim, along come the pike on the scout for a meal.
